Subway in Lauingen

Well, the employee could not answer the question about the sub of the day and unfortunately she was disrespectful with the food and did not (somewhat) put the leftovers back but threw them. Nor did she know whether you can order double toppings at the sub of the day. Sat 18:30 only one kind of bread there ... At least not much going on.

Nice staff delicious and nutritious food

The employee with red hair, glasses and tattoos as well as the black-haired, corpulent employee are as unfriendly, almost impudent as they talk to you. They take the order with hateful looks and annoyed voices.

35 degrees and dogs are not allowed in, the employee tells me while she pulls the hair tie out of her hair, shakes her head slightly so that the hair that has fallen out falls down and she can tie her pigtail again ... But the dog is unsanitary ... A reason for me not to go any more.

There are patient and nice workers here who do not rush anyone to choose and who give recommendations about the order if necessary. I was served by a young man who was very personable. The subs taste good too. Gladly again.

Impossible service. Were there on a Sunday evening and there were a lot of customers. The two young people had completely lost their thoughts and, above all, the desire to work. Our sandwiches were so poorly topped. NOT RECOMMENDED

Unfriendly service, greeting is: "What do you want?" And in a very unfriendly tone and malicious look 🤷 There were only a few sauces and few types of bread to choose from and the drinks machine only worked sporadically. Unfortunately, the subs don't taste good either. Was used to the good service of the Heidenheim subway. It's really amazing how different the quality of the subs can be depending on the location. Really bad service. The bald employee is totally aggressive and overwhelmed with his job.

Employees a bit slow but otherwise it tastes good

Our waitress simply did not change gloves after handling cash. He was also completely incompetent and took 10 minutes per sub. The rolls were torn and cold.

So this new employee with glasses and a full beard was slow and inefficient and waited over 20 minutes until our subs were finished even though there was only one person in front of us

Staff totally unfriendly Just left us standing and said she doesn't serve us. And then just said so stupid that she can do it. I've never experienced anything so unfriendly

Staff so mega unfriendly that you feel bad just because they have to work because of me. The subway is not a 5 * restaurant, I know, but the subs are clapped together with so much love that it just doesn't look sad. Really bad meanwhile a shame 🤔

Had actually given 0 stars. Very unfriendly staff, which apparently have zero buck on your job. You also let the customers feel that. It is a total pleasure to eat. Sandwiches are carelessly slapped on the tablet. Bad mood and climate at the staff. Totally disappointing! Never again.

Can not suffer from any fastfood chain. Subway is the only one that looks fresh, tastes good and hopefully it will be over. Always friendly staff, delicious bread and a good mood
